Gordon Ramsay and Wife Tana Enjoy Romantic Italian Grand Prix Outing Amid Double Family Wedding Celebrations

F1 superfan Gordon Ramsay held hands with his glamorous wife Tana as they enjoyed a sun-drenched day out at the Italian Grand Prix on Sunday, cutting a picture-perfect figure amidst the high-octane atmosphere at the Autodromo Nazionale Monza.

Gordon, 59, is a frequent celebrity fixture at Formula One events and is regularly spotted walking the paddocks, taking in the adrenaline and technical mastery of motorsport’s elite. For Sunday’s high-profile race, the celebrity chef and his wife looked effortlessly stylish in their chic ensembles as they donned VIP badges and soaked in the pre-race excitement. Tana, 52, cut a particularly sophisticated figure, wearing a cream tailored waistcoat and matching trousers, which she teamed with an elegant Bottega handbag.

While the celebrity couple enjoyed their VIP paddock stroll, the main event on the track delivered historic drama. Kimi Antonelli pulled off a stunning triumph, coming from 19th on the grid to win the Italian Grand Prix. The remarkable victory all but ended the title hopes of George Russell, who had started second and ultimately finished second behind his Mercedes team-mate. In triumphing on a strategy that favoured him rather than Russell, the 20-year-old Antonelli became the first Italian to win his home race since the iconic days of Ludovico Scarfiotti back in 1966.

The high-speed sporting spectacle provided a welcome backdrop of relaxation for the celebrity chef, who has recently found himself at the center of a whirlwind of major family milestones, wedding announcements, and lingering domestic tensions.

Last month, Gordon revealed that his daughter Megan had recently gotten engaged, arriving just eight months after the family celebrated the high-profile wedding of his daughter Holly to Olympic gold-medallist swimmer Adam Peaty. Gordon shared the happy, albeit overwhelming, family news during an appearance on the American morning talk show Live with Kelly and Mark.

During the interview, the multi-Michelin-starred chef reflected candidly on Holly’s winter wedding, admitting that the emotional weight of the day completely overwhelmed him. He confessed that he cried heavily throughout the celebrations, describing himself as a complete wreck when watching his daughter walk down the aisle.

When discussing Holly’s wedding on the morning show, Gordon remarked on the bittersweet nature of watching his children grow up and settle down. He shared that it was simply one of those amazing, life-defining moments, noting how fast the entire day flew by before quickly dropping the bombshell about his eldest daughter. He told the hosts that just the week prior to his television appearance, another of his daughters had also announced her engagement, proving that the family’s celebrations are truly rolling along at a rapid pace.

While Gordon did not initially specify which daughter had received a proposal during his live television appearance, a spokesperson later confirmed to the Daily Mail that the bride-to-be is indeed 28-year-old Megan.

Gordon and Tana share a large and closely knit family consisting of six children: Megan, 28, Holly and Jack, both 26, Tilly, 24, Oscar, seven, and their youngest, Jesse, who is two years old.

Megan is notably more private than her siblings and does not maintain a public social media profile, leaving her relationship status largely out of the public eye. However, her romantic life has occasionally made headlines thanks to her father’s protective nature. In 2022, Gordon famously recounted his strong displeasure over Megan briefly reuniting with her former partner, Byron, during an appearance on the Kelly Clarkson Show.

The straight-talking chef detailed how he took matters into his own hands by confronting Byron during what he described as a terrifying FaceTime call. Gordon admitted he acquired the young man’s phone number through his youngest daughter, Tilly, after explicitly telling her to hand it over in case anything went wrong. Spotting an opportunity when he found out the couple was having dinner together, Gordon placed the video call, leaving the young man visibly shaken before Megan quickly intervened and cut the connection.

In contrast, Gordon appears to share a much smoother relationship with Tilly’s partner, Henry Farrow, a media professional and sports podcast host. The couple went public with their relationship in 2023 and celebrated graduating together from Nottingham University in 2024. Henry has integrated smoothly into the family fold, even making an appearance in Gordon’s Netflix documentary, Being Gordon Ramsay, and arriving alongside Tilly at the show’s high-profile premiere. Despite their high-profile connections, Henry’s social media remains private, and no official engagement announcements have been made public regarding their relationship.

Meanwhile, the family’s more recent nuptials continue to generate public interest following Holly’s marriage to Adam Peaty on December 27 of last year. The couple hosted a star-studded ceremony at Bath Abbey, followed by the announcement in June that they are expecting their first child together.

Despite the joy surrounding the expanding family and the upcoming arrival of a new grandchild, the wedding was not without its complications. Adam has reportedly been locked in a bitter family feud since November of last year, when it was revealed that the Olympic swimmer had chosen to ban his mother, Caroline, and father, Mark, from attending his wedding to Holly.

In the wake of the exclusion, the swimmer’s estranged family members have publicly expressed their hurt, accusing him of distancing himself and capitalising on his high-profile celebrity chef father-in-law. The tensions were further highlighted when Adam competed in the Commonwealth Games under the hyphenated surname Adam Ramsay-Peaty.

The roots of the ongoing family conflict trace back to December 2024, when Adam and Holly opted not to invite wider members of the Peaty family to their initial engagement party. Furthermore, Caroline—who spent years tirelessly supporting her son’s athletic ambitions by ferrying him to grueling early-morning training sessions throughout his childhood—was notably omitted from Holly’s extravagant hen do at Soho Farmhouse in the Cotswolds. That high-end celebration was attended by the bride’s mother, Tana, alongside close friends including Victoria Beckham, further underscoring the deep division between Adam’s immediate athletic family and his new high-profile connections.

Despite the complex dynamics unfolding behind the scenes, Gordon and Tana put domestic strains aside on Sunday, presenting a united and affectionate front as they absorbed the sights and sounds of Formula One history unfolding at Monza.
