Having welcomed their first child together last year, it comes as little surprise that Jamie Laing and his wife Sophie Habboo have very little time to themselves these days. Between managing their bustling professional schedules, maintaining their popular media projects, and navigating the everyday demands of first-time parenthood, quiet moments are few and far between for the well-known British couple.

However, the new parents have recently demonstrated that even the most hectic households can find a moment to sit down, unwind, and catch their breath. The duo has appeared alongside a string of major A-list international names in a high-profile, star-studded new advertising campaign for TRIP, the world’s leading calming magnesium-infused drinks brand.

The major marketing push marks TRIP’s biggest brand campaign to date. The rollout follows the exciting announcement that supermodel Kendall Jenner has officially become an equity stakeholder in the burgeoning $200 million company, lending both her star power and personal wellness philosophy to the brand’s expansive global growth.

Jamie and Sophie have long made a name for themselves by openly sharing their loving, humorous, and deeply relatable dynamic with the public, first as a young couple, then as newlyweds, and now as first-time parents juggling the realities of family life. In the newly unveiled TRIP commercial, their familiar podcast-studio setup playfully transforms. Amidst Jamie’s trademark chaotic humour and high-energy antics, Sophie manages to reach for a can of TRIP, instantly carving out a much-needed moment of tranquility for herself.

In a clever visual gag within the advertisement, Sophie is suddenly transported to a dreamy, surreal space where she is able to relax in absolute peace. Meanwhile, her husband Jamie serves in the unexpected and uncharacteristic role of her quiet, serene waiter, trading his usual non-stop banter for a spell of peaceful silence.

The clever framing highlights the brand’s core mission: offering everyday stress relief and a moment of grounding for consumers who feel overwhelmed by the fast pace of modern life.

The campaign’s scale is underscored by the inclusion of other major global figures, most notably supermodel Kendall Jenner, who was announced earlier this month as the new Global Ambassador for the brand’s latest wild strawberry flavour. In her segment of the commercial, Kendall can be seen ordering her drink before being whisked away to find her own version of calm within a breathtaking, surreal seascape. As a warm sunset illuminates the horizon and casts a shimmering reflection all around her, Kendall reclines in the aesthetically stunning surroundings and declares to the camera that she is completely "obsessed."

Finding calm amidst her own notoriously chaotic everyday schedule, Kendall has frequently cited TRIP as an integral part of how she stays balanced and centered while managing her demanding professional and personal life.

Speaking about her new partnership with the wellness brand, Kendall explained that her involvement goes beyond a traditional endorsement. "I’ve been obsessed with TRIP for a while—the product is incredible, and I’ve always loved how elevated and intentional the brand feels," she shared. "It’s my favorite way to stay grounded and present in my daily routine—it tastes great and makes me feel amazing."

The brand’s core focus on managing everyday stress relief resonates deeply with Kendall, who has been refreshingly open with the public in recent years regarding her personal struggles with anxiety and panic attacks. The model and entrepreneur has used her platform to normalize conversations surrounding mental health, detailing the physical and emotional toll that high-stress environments can take.

In a candid 2024 interview with Vogue, Kendall opened up about the small, daily routines that help her manage her mental well-being. "For me, getting out of bed in the morning and putting one foot in front of the other is so helpful for me. Moving, getting my blood flowing," she revealed at the time.

Her journey with anxiety, however, began long before she achieved international fame on the catwalk and reality television. In 2020, Kendall publicly discussed the severe panic attacks she suffered from for years before finally seeking professional guidance and understanding what she was experiencing. She revealed that the symptoms first manifested when she was just a little girl, recalling the terrifying moment she ran to her mother, Kris Jenner, to inform her that something was physically wrong.

"I was really, really young and I remember feeling like I couldn’t breathe and running to my mom and being like: ‘Mom, I feel like I can’t breathe. Something must be wrong,’" Kendall recalled.

Naturally, her mother took immediate action. Kendall remembered that Kris "of course, took me to a bunch of doctors just to make sure it was all OK physically, and I was." However, because mental health awareness was different at the time and the symptoms were misunderstood, "No one ever told me that I had anxiety."

The issue remained dormant for years before resurfacing with renewed intensity during her adulthood. Kendall recalled that "maybe like three years ago, four years ago, it came back completely full on and I would have crazy panic attacks and finally I kind of got the information that I needed about it." By seeking the right support and developing coping mechanisms, she has since been able to navigate the condition more effectively.

Alongside Kendall, the TRIP campaign also features pop star Joe Jonas, who brings his signature charming and dynamic energy to the set. Surrounded by an adorable pack of puppies in a surreal, all-pink dream world, Jonas leans into the brand’s playful side with the commercial’s witty punchline: "You’re cute, but I’m still not sharing."

For Kendall, this high-profile partnership represents her latest major venture into the global beverage industry. It follows her successful entry into the spirits market in May 2021 with the launch of her award-winning tequila brand, 818 Tequila, which has since expanded internationally and built a dedicated consumer base.

Reflecting on the launch and growth of her tequila brand, Kendall emphasized her desire for the product to succeed purely on its own merits rather than relying solely on her celebrity status. "I wanted the liquid and the brand to stand on their own and for people to love it without me even having to be a part of it because I just wanted it to be that good," Kendall said.

With her new equity stake in TRIP and her role as Global Ambassador, Kendall continues to align her business portfolio with wellness-oriented lifestyle brands, while British favorites like Jamie Laing and Sophie Habboo prove that finding a quiet moment of calm is a universal goal—even for busy new parents navigating the happy chaos of family life.
