Popular sustainable apparel brand Reformation has delivered a stellar performance in its third quarter, reporting a 19% jump in net revenue that has quickly caught the attention of Wall Street analysts and industry observers alike. As a newly public company, Reformation is proving that its direct-to-consumer model, agile supply chain, and distinct brand positioning can yield impressive financial results even in a dynamic and highly competitive retail environment.
The strong third-quarter figures, published on November 6, 2026, highlight a period of robust growth across multiple metrics for the Los Angeles-founded label. Beyond the top-line revenue growth, the brand saw significant expansions in its active customer base, robust physical retail performance, and strong momentum heading into the critical fourth-quarter holiday shopping season.

Reformation may still be relatively new to the public markets, but its recent quarterly results have thoroughly exceeded initial expectations, according to analysts from William Blair. The firm’s financial experts noted that the company continues to demonstrate a rare ability to read and react to consumer demand significantly faster than traditional apparel peers. This agility is largely driven by the brand’s signature weekly apparel drops, which keep assortments fresh and closely aligned with shifting trends.
Furthermore, William Blair analysts emphasized that strong brand resonance is currently driving outsized customer acquisition alongside remarkably healthy retention and cohort spending. New retail locations are also tracking well ahead of initial plans, serving as powerful localized catalysts that drive broader direct-to-consumer growth within their respective markets. Additionally, the brand’s integration of AI-enabled merchandising is expected to further enhance its ability to localize assortments and chase emerging demand as the company continues to scale its operations globally.
The direct-to-consumer focused apparel brand has maintained a disciplined yet aggressive physical expansion strategy. During the third quarter alone, Reformation opened seven new brick-and-mortar storefronts, bringing its total footprint to 77 locations by the end of the period. These physical boutiques are performing exceptionally well, acting not only as transactional spaces but also as immersive community hubs that deepen customer engagement and elevate the brand’s profile in key urban markets.

The emphasis on accessibility, sustainability, and trendy aesthetics continues to resonate deeply with shoppers. Active customers during the third quarter jumped by an impressive 23.4%, bringing the total count to 1.25 million active shoppers. This expanding audience has given company leadership the confidence to revise its financial outlook upward for the remainder of the fiscal year.
Reflecting the strong momentum captured throughout the third quarter, Reformation has officially raised its full-year guidance. The brand now expects its net revenue for the full year to range between $610 million and $612 million. This represents a notable upward revision from its previously forecasted range of $602 million to $606 million, signaling sustained strength as the year draws to a close.
Looking ahead to the lucrative holiday shopping period, leadership noted that the brand’s fourth quarter is already off to an exceptionally strong start. Chief Executive Officer Borenstein shared these encouraging insights with analysts during the company’s earnings call, outlining a positive trajectory for the final months of the year.

"We are confident heading into Q4 based on all of the data we’ve seen so far and the response," the chief executive told analysts on the call.
Borenstein added that Reformation’s agile and fast merchandising model represents a particular advantage in the current dynamic retail environment. This structural flexibility is especially critical during the holiday season, he noted, because the brand is able to so quickly identify emerging trends and rapidly respond during a period that remains paramount for the broader retail industry.
As Reformation continues to navigate its path as a publicly traded entity, its blend of sustainable practices, rapid trend execution, data-driven merchandising, and strategic physical expansion appears to be striking the right chord with both consumers and investors.
